When I first got the laptop it had Win 8. I have seen pages with instructions on how to change the computer name but I didn’t want to go mucking around with this as I do not understand what is happening and I see some posting that they have problems when they change the full name.

MS is of no help as I find their links broken or incorrect or they only apply to earlier versions of WIn. Hope this information was helpful and do let us know if you need further assistance.
