This article gives instruction on how to create the install media for Windows 10 Enterprise. Simply using the run-as method has yielded mixed results, where my media simply didn’t boot.

For reasons unclear, it seems you have to be a local administrator for this process to work correctly. If you’re not a local administrator, log in as the local administrator on the computer that will create the boot media.

You’ll need the Media Creation Tool from Microsoft. Start up the command prompt and change directory to the folder that contains the media creation executable.
